Unfortunately, this doesn't address any of my concerns, namely:

1)credit card charged immediately, despite order being held indefintely
2)item that was listed as 5-7 days has held up order for 6 weeks and counting, no update given
3)above mentioned item now no longer even listed for sale, so it's probably not shipping any time soon, if ever; I found this out on my own, instead of being kept apprised by eeuroparts
4)requests for information repeatedly ignored

Of these issues, only number 2 is not completely within their control. I will be requesting a refund today, and how that is handled will determine whether I ever deal with them again.
