In times like these, us Saabers have got to stick together, which you totally were doing. You didn't have to offer that part for sale, but you did to help folks out - and it's totally reasonable to make a few bucks to cover your costs of inventory, shipping, time, etc.

All of your advice here on the boards is beyond appreciated Chad - i'm sure you've saved the folks on this board collectively over $50K in advice alone, not to mention the hours you've saved us DIYers on attacking these projects.

In short, please don't let one bad apple spoil your zeal to help out your fellow Saabers. You are a valued member of the Saab community, and we appreciate you. I hope one of those guys has a pre-'03 9-3 or 9-5 and goes to NAPA for the DI Cassette...then after forking out $935, they'll truly understand the definition of price gouging.
