In defense (no pun intended) of lawyers, by nature of what they do, they find themselves involved in situations that horrify the rest of us. But the google search provided some entertaining results, nonetheless. The legal advice Anil is receiving from his buddy Dave is worth exactly what he's paying for it - nothing. Perhaps Dave should exit the legal business and get into the car business; at least the car advice he offers is somewhat sound, leading to his friend buying an interesting car, even if that advice was to buy a car from a company that went later bankrupt and out of business. Still, it's better than his legal advice, since he seems to know nothing about offer and acceptance, verbal contracts, or a reasonable profit.
