You'd have a hard time arguing that 36% mark-up is excessive. Most of retail is a higher mark-up than that, and a lot of it is many times that. When you factor in overhead, shipping (it has to get from the supplier to the dealer), and salaries, especially in a small volume business, then 36% is very modest. Many retail items are marked up 200-1000%, and no lawsuits are pending for those.
