"There is no one on this board yet who has refuted my legal arguments. Not one. Because they can't."
The crux of your "legal argument" appears to be that Chad is engaging in price gouging because you say so. I'll freely admit that I'm not a lawyer, but I'm willing to bet that "Because I'm the daddy and I said so" is not an acceptable legal argument in pretty much any case.

The only other "legal argument" I've seen you make is a reference to an anti-price-gouging statute that lays out specific circumstances under which activity is considered price gouging, and the circumstances we're discussing here are vastly different. In defense to that, you've only offered your personal opinion that the law should apply under these circumstances, even though it explicitly states otherwise. If something is written such that "when A happens under B circumstances then C", if the circumstances are not B, then C doesn't apply. It's simple logic.

You also consistently insist on describing Chad's markup as "excessive" while offering no supporting evidence whatsoever. Without evidence, it's only your opinion, and has exactly the value we've all paid for it - zero. If you can provide documentation that Chad's markup is significantly higher than average for comparable retail auto-parts sales, I'll be a lot more willing to pay attention to your "excessive markup" argument. Surely you must know that a judge in court would require the same.
