Spraying tall trees - any ideas?

I always enjoy the totally random stuff asked on the General bulletin board (and the great answers!) so I guess now it's my turn.
I moved into a house with a couple of giant mango trees a couple of years ago. At first I thought it would be fun, but I didn't realize the sheer volume of them, that I was allergic to mango sap (apparently the same chemical as poison ivy!), or that it would attract people onto the property. I found a 'Growth Regulator' that you spray on the tree when flowing and it keeps it largely keeps it from fruiting, but the the kind of spray attachment you buy at a home improvement store that attached to the end of a hose only sprays about 10 ft up the ~30 ft tree. I can't seem to find a good solution between that and a huge truck-mounted commercial sprayer. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas? I don't mind spending a couple hundred bucks given it would be a long term solution.
