Excellent news about folks I know personally who busted their butts to save Saab. The Swedish government did nothing to aid their cause and then they were subjected to this prosecution.

Today came the judgment of the seven people charged with economic crimes, made in Saab's last fiscal year. All acquitted on all counts.
Among the former managers at Saab's Jan-Åke Jonsson, Victor Muller and Kristina Geers. All risked long prison sentences and denied all allegations from the prosecution.
The prosecution argued that the defendants made serious economic cases but Vanersborg District Court decided therefore to free the suspects on all points.
EBM has worked with Saab affair for years. That the suspects are acquitted on all counts allows earlier criticism strengthened against the prosecutor's office.
When the suspicion of economic crimes investigated in 2013 elected chief prosecutor Olof Sahlgren to arrest three former executives of Saab, Jan Åke Jonsson (CEO), Karl Lindström (CFO) and Kristina Geers (General Counsel). They were released after about one day of interrogation.
Press release from the Vanersborg District Court, in its entirety:
"Vanersborg District Court has today acquitted all seven defendants who have been indicted for crimes committed in Saab's last fiscal year.
The court does not believe that the way in which Victor Mullers compensation from Saab and an agreement with a dealer for the Ukrainian market recognized in Saab's accounting meant that Saab's accounting obligations infringed. nor has the district court found that the statements in the media which occurred mainly from Victor Mullers page has been designed to affect the assessment of the Saab economically with regard to the context in which they occurred where the focus of the media's reporting has been on Saab's major economic problems.
Finally, not the prosecutor in the case failed to establish that any of the defendants guilty of gross forgery, or that the audit of Saab in 2010 continued after the auditors certified that the completion of the audit.
in this assessment, all the defendants acquitted. "
