Nice to think that but, sorry, there is no market for new Saabs.
There is overcapacity in Euro car manufacturing so weaker brands need to be eliminated. Saab could not restart and sell cars at a profit, especially if they manufactured in Sweden. Euro car makes looking to stay profitable are making cars in Eastern Europe, Morocco (!), and even South Africa (BMW with their 3-series cars not too long ago).
Saab would have to have an intact Swedish engineering team (no longer exists) come up with new designs and have them built in China or SE Asia to be price competitive anywhere. Do not see that happening ever. Their only hope would to become like Tesla and create new, purely electric designs. Sadly, the Saab brand has little market buzz like Tesla does. People are willing to pay a premium for a Tesla. Saab? Not so much.
Let's just keep what we have in top shape and run them for decades more.
