26 degrees, a dusting of snow, and sun this morning at my place.
We have had a warmer and drier start to winter than usual, so the cool temps are welcome, though the mountains need more snow.
I complain when I need to get some car maintenance done and it's in the 40s or below... I don't envy the really cold weather, though I do miss having what I truly consider to be "winter." I lived in Spokane, WA for 5 years, and Bozeman, MT for 2. My current home in the foothills of CA is a nice compromise.
I put -20 fluid in my cars in the winter since going skiing will occasionally bring me into locations with temps in the single digits (rarely does it go below zero, though the record low in Truckee, CA is -45 or something).
Cheers to you all in the upper midwest and the great white north!
