Any side airbag concerns making desk a Saab seat desk chair? - Saabnet.com Bulletin Board
If making a desk chair from a Saab front seat, with respect to ones with side airbags, should one steer clear of those, relatively simple way of removing / completely deactivating the inflator, etc?
Essential I want to copy B Millar, [see link], and likely others, (imitation is the sincerest form of flattery).
I know the chances of there being an issue is very, very small... but it's one thing to have old airbags in a car in the garage or driveway... another in the basement, (albeit much more temperature stable than in a car).
