If you're just looking for a cheap "bomber" to get from point A to Point B I'm not sure a Saab or any other European car would be the best choice. It might be cheap to buy but it likely wouldn't be cheap to own and run. Your best bet would be to look for the car in your price range that's in the best condition you can find, no matter what the brand.
