and snowy conditions. They simply stop working completely. There has been a lot of publicity here in scandinavia, with people suddenly losing all braking power with almost new A4's. People can get new pads, and rotors for free, but there have been several incidents when even that didn't help. The problem appears to be the design of the wheel wells, so water and slush builds up in the brakes.
Is that a good enough argument? ;-)
BTW: I absolutely hate the red instrument lighting in the Audis. I think it looks hideous, and it's hard on the eyes too.
Maybe that's just me....
