Yeah, it's been clear (and discussed here quite a bit) for awhile that you MUST call the 800 number to get real service. I think Saab actually does it on purpose. Their customer service tracking is probably completely centered around their phone center. The 800 number will get questions properly answered. I'm surprised there's any unique email coming back from their email address. I'm not sure I blame them. I'll bet, given time, Saab will leverage email-based communication too. Look at their iSaab email bulletins. That's a good start.
