Here's the last email I sent them.
From your last response, I will assume that my car is covered by the
extended 12 month/12K mile Saab Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty. I base this conclusion on your following statement;
"Your Certified Pre-Owned Saab includes one of the industry019s most
> encompassing warranty packages. First, the remaining balance of the
> factory 4-year/50,000 mile (whichever comes first) original new-car
> limited warranty automatically transfers to the new owner. Also
> transferring to the new owner is the balance of the factory
> 6-year/unlimited mile new-car corrosion protection limited warranty.
> In addition, a comprehensive 12 month/12,000 mile (whichever comes
> first) Saab Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty* extends your coverage.
> The warranty goes into effect only after the original factory warranty
> has expired, and is fully backed by Saab Cars USA, Inc."
With emphasis clearly being placed on the word "Your."
As such, I will store of copy of this email in my files for reference after
my warranty expires. Thank you for your cooperation and I am very pleased
that Saab has agreed to continue to stand behind my car. This is my second
Saab and I remain a satisfied customer.
Sincerely,
MJP
