Saab won't, but Clarion will.
You have two choices. You can bring the radio to your dealer. They will send it to Clarion to be fixed. The price varies from dealer to dealer - my dealer charges $125 for this. You get a one-year warrantee.
The other choice is to send it directly to Clarion yourself. The cost is $80, and whatever you spend for shipping. You will get a 90 day warrantee. It's the same guy fixing the radio on the same bench.
Other than the longer warrantee through the dealer, Clarion claims to send it back faster to the dealers. I sent my radio in myself, and it took three weeks to the day to come back fixed.
The repair is $80 flat rate, no matter what is wrong. As long as the radio isn't mechanically damaged, or someone has tried to fix it and broken the seals.
Call your dealer and see what they will charge. If you want to do it yourself, send the radio with a clear explanation of the problem, a check for $80 made out to Clarion, to:

I did it about 18 months ago with a radio showing lots of problems, and it came back just fine. I'm happy with the result. You can buy an aftermarket radio that is probably better, but for $80 you get a radio that just slides in. An aftermarket will require more $$ and some rewiring. If you're looking to improve over the stock radio, now is your chance. If you're happy with the quality and just want to get it to work, send it back to Clarion.
Good luck!
