Well, I went this weekend and it was pretty good. I was unimpressed with the SAAB display though. They had a black 9-5 Aero with BBS rims and a spoiler at the On-Star display. That was a gorgeous car. At the SAAB display, they had a silver 9-5 Aero, a 9-5 Wagon, a 9-5SE and a 9-3 base...what no Viggen? no 9-3 Convertable? I was shocked. I did have an opportunity to check out the difference between the 2001 9-3 intake and the 1999 intake...there were some major differences.
BMW and porsche did not have a display...I was disappointed at that as well. I did get to see the Volvo S60. It was pretty impressive. It looked really good in person and well optioned, it stickered for ~$33K. I also liked the Olds Aurora and the Cadillac Catera Sport. The interiors looked well made and very ergonomic in both cars (something I wouldn't normally say about GM cars...or most American cars for that matter). I was also impressed with the new Dodge Stratus and it's Chrysler sibling. In fact if I sit and think about it, I didn't see too many cars that I wouldn't buy. I wouldn't buy the Lexus IS300...too small and too expensive...Oh well couldn't afford it anyway.
