Unless you have increased the boost pressure, the stock valve might be just fine. Getting a new IC will not affect the pressure or the valve.
My bypass valve became noisy when I increased the boost to 15 PSI. I just replaced it with a metallic piston unit. It does not make silly tooting noises as it makes and breaks its seal.
So if your valve is operating quietly, I don't see a need to replace it. Viggens seem to blow out the diaphragm on their stock valves.
With your HOT model, I believe that you have a valve that is designed for higher pressures already.
Any other mods? K&N? I think that your model has the cast aluminum throttle body transision piece. If so, it needs to be reworked.
