80, 110 or 115 liter per minute pumps, and they sell just such a microcontroller for them. It's not clear whether the controller will completely turn off the pump when the coolant temperature seems ok, which would be bad, or if it just lowers the flow rate by a lot.

Amazon sells the 110 LPM kit for $270.

I'll bet that with a DC electric motor and some parts from Fry's I could turn a stock belt driven pump into an electric pump for a lot less than that. Would just have to figure out the flow rate through trial and error without letting anything overheat.
