"What are the thoughts and experiences when installing this kit. Does the wheel alignent and toe in come out ok to the extent that the wheel alignment is not routinely done as part of the job?"
Only the toe is something you change normally change on the NG900 / 9-3. I have a laser toe gauge and when the install was completed the toe was WAY off. In addition Abbott suggests about 2X the Saab specificaton. Thus expect that you have to reset the toe.
"Anyone have an installation then have to go back and get the toe in changed?"
I have played with various toe settings and I am currently using the Abbott specification.
"Anything else to watch out for?"
The arms are made out of Al. Thus they can be damaged when pressing the bushings.
