Jeff,

How big is the reservoir and where did you mount it? What's the pump like and where did you it, too? Is the radiator for the coolent about the size of an oil cooler? How large are the openings, e.g. 1/2 NPT. Lastly, what size is the diameter of the water lines? I put together my own A/L I/C set up and run 3/4" lines throughout the system for max water flow. Pump rates at 20 gpm, but that's based on line size. I don't think I'm anywhere near 20 gpm. Kind of sucks that you'd spend that kind of $$ from a well known Saab performance dealer and get third world instructions.
