I had the kit fitted last week by Abbott in the UK the cost including fitting was $800. Make sure who ever fits it has done this before and ensure that they re-align the tracking after they have fitted it ! This is not an amateur job. I would also recommend that you fit the 18mm roll bar offered by Abbott at the same time. They should throw in the fitting free whilst they have your car in bits and on the ramp.
As for warranty if you go to a Saab main dealer and get them to fit it for you they might extend the full Saab dealer 3 year warranty for you. This is certainly the case for a few Saab main dealers in the UK. As for me I have full warranty from Abbott on any of the modifications which they have carried out.
The only thing to be carful of is ground clearance. If you already hit the bottom, with an extra 15mm lower you are going to be in trouble. On the positive side it is a must do upgrade and you definately won't be dissapointed with it.
Changes in perfomance are zero. Changes in handling allow you to use the performance you always had but were (in most situations) unable to use, such as racing people away at traffic lights. When you combine this kit with a set of Bridgestone Potenza SO2 poles the torque steer is completely gone. You can actually use full power in any situation and still go in a straight line.
Good Luck
Charlie
