thanks for correction ... 80-25 is still 55 !
so at 25 psi, should be 74% more fuel, not 82%. And mixture is 8:1, not 7.7:1 , all theoretical.
Any increase in air mass is accounted for by the air mass meter, assuming the ecu is mapped for the higher flow rates. That is y I said the inj duty cycle needs to be monitored. Jeff has a fuel pressure gage, and noted no drop in fuel pressure with revs, so if his pressures match my rail numbers, and the RRFPR is a true 1.7 gain (I've seen lower numbers), then his pump is ok. (good idea to rewire with 10 ga anyhow).
I assumed 2.5 bar, and lower static will help a little (inefficient tweak due to sq-rt relation). SPG9 usually ships these at 3.0 bar.
due to the nature of a rrfpr, and the constant pressure drop assumed by the ecu, the possibility of a steady 12.7 is not likely. No fuel tuner relies on oem o2 sensors that are highly non-linear, and only accurate in measuring stoich'c mixtures. That's why I suggested wide band o2 and egt testing. Jeff is really pushing the limit.
