USe Redline Water Wetter in my Alfa.... Posted by REM in Seattle [Email] (#4) [Profile/Gallery] (more from REM in Seattle) on Tue, 5 Dec 2000 10:49:07 In Reply to: Redline Water Wetter?, Craig, Tue, 5 Dec 2000 07:03:56 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
My 1991 Alfa-Romeo Spider has a tendency to overheat in summer traffic. The use of Redline Water Wetter in the normal 50/50 anti-freeze mix has fixed that overheating tendency.
That being said, I also added Redline Water Wetter to my 1998 SAAB 900SET. No difference whatsoever in cooling performance. So I would not bother to use redline water wetter in a properly functioning SAAB cooling system.
