And Mike does very well in rally I might add. From a technical view point, yellow light does not really go thru fog the way it is said to. Rather, it just seems to. That is, light pattern and aiming are much more important than color. (Mad Mike's (not Mike White) KC Dayliters with HID lamps put out lots of light but don't go thru dust in Paris at all.) Fog lights are mounted low to cut the reflection back into the driver's eyes. Driving lights go high to push down the road as much as possible.
