It could be almost as accurate as a chassis dyno, for wheel hp, if you have an accurate weight. It will be a little lower, mabe 5%, since 2nd gear run is quicker than a 3rd or 4th pull, thus the power lost to the flywheel/clutch inertia will be a bit higher. But very accurate for quantifying wheel power gained with upgrades.
