Good summary. AACA rules are very tough and it has to be equipment supplied by SAAB, however, I want it to be a nice drivable car to so your points are well taken. Do any of the Weber carbs come with a preheater for the choke or are they all just manual chokes.
Als, can the vacuum retard port of the distributor be left open without issue? I haven't had the car running yet to do any tests here.
