Actually, now that I look more closely, none of them are actually broken, just some are way more loose than others. I went back in to make sure the foil is clearly between the pressure plate and the positive tip of the bulb - thanks for that advice. I will also later give adjusting the pressure plates to bend more forward, if possible, but they are already super loose. Some don't even touch the bulbs anymore - not even close.
