I got friendly with the counter guy at a local parts house and he let me go through all the boxes until I found a replacement that fit. I have no idea what it was from though as that was years ago. You might try any of the race parts catalogs and find a replacement. I did this when trying to make a twin master cylinder set up for the old 99 rally car.
