1 month old Ronal RT 17" wheels (made by factory saab company, cost of $840) with Nokian Hakkapeliita 4 studless winter tires of the same age (cost of $580). Also, 1 set of Michelin GForce summer tires with 600 miles on them (cost of $600). This car has been totally babied its whole life. I've had it for two years and haven't had to do anything but regular service. Shocks and bushings were replaced at 115k so it rides on rails. 250hp and 30mpg (or better) on the highway. Merging on the highway is super fun. Have all receipts since i've bought it an a few from before. This is my 4th Saab so you can say i'm a Saab nut....clearly i wasn't planning on selling it but i've just bought a home and want to furnish it properly. Oh yeah, custom ($1200 plus labor) hi-fi stereo with imaging tweeters...no sub box, this is an adult driven vehicle. Have factory Saab/Thule roof rack included. Ultima throttle body in 07/07, most of exhaust has been replaced in last 2 years, headliner done last month.A clean and serviceable vehicle. New reartires less than 300 miles ($200+), electric leather seats, electric sideviewmirrors, new DI cassette, light assemblies all function; this car passedinspection in DC a year before I stopped driving it. The front left wheel bearing, fuel pump,DI cassette and heater core were recently replaced. The car includes aSAAB/Thule roof rack, wood shift knob and trim, a set of snow tires on steelrims, currently on the car and the Super Aero wheels with good tires, heatedleather seats, CD player, an issue free traction control system and AC. 1991 Saab 9000 Turbo. I bought this car 6 years ago from the original owners son. He had beat the crap out of it until the engine seized. I bought a low mileage (50K, od at 180k)) 2.3L from Goldwing and swapped it in. Car has always ran very strong, and if you have ever driven a 9000 turbo you know what I mean. Now, however, it is time to part with it since the transmission has now stopped engaging in 3rd and 4th gear. I don't want to shell out the dough for a rebuilt trans from Ericson and I haven't been successfull trying to find a donor. The good: Newer Turbo w/ less than 4000 miles on it, new DI cassette from eEuro, rims are decent should polish up nice, 2 new tires and 2 good used on it, newer alternator and radiator, good glass. The bad: everything else, headliner shot, intermitant wipers inop, no cruise, no ac, drivers seat thread, frt pass door window inop, rust in rr fender area. Delivery negotiable.

2nd owner of this meticulously maintained vehicle with detailed history of all service performed. All service was either performed by Saab of Westport, CT or Imported Automotive of Trumbull, CT. The vehicle features the OEM 225 hp turbo and sport suspension. The engine runs very strong, uses no oil and still gets great mileage. The engine compartment is immaculate. The car is fully loaded - power moonroof (no leaks), CD in dash, 6 disc CD changer in trunk, heated seats, PW, PS, PDL, factory alarm, 5 speed, climate control, even the original brand new floor mats. Exterior of car is in very good condition (8.5/10) with glossy paint and looks great. There is, however, some minor surface rust on rear wheel wells, as well as some minor scratches. Interior of car is in very good condition (9.5/10). The driver's seat and steering wheel are showing wear, however, the rest of the interior (passenger seats/dash/headliner/trunk, etc.) is in showroom condition.

Over 3K spent on upgrades: Stage 3 Nordic software, JT exhaust from turbo back, performance springs, Alpine Deck / Sirius Satellite Receiver, newer Michelin Pilot A/S tires. Car is fast! Just replaced starter, plugs, brand new DI cassette. Royal Purple synthetic. Interior is just about perfect seats are immaculate. Exterior has some clear coat fade but shines up very nice. I've always had 900's non turbo and wanted to try a 9000, so when the previous owner, a guy I know, sold it, well, I bought it. Well, you all know how amazing this car really is, so I won't give you driving details. I want to sell it because I'm going back to a 1993 900T, and I can't keep all these cars. It's Scarabe green on black leather, only 92400k miles. Zero rust, super clean car and everything works perfectly, except for the automatic door locks that doesn't always. 4 summer tires on alloy wheels, and 4 winter tires on alloy wheels. 2nd. owner since 1999, well maintained, mechanically sound and strong. Black leather interior w/ walnut dash, 5 speed, new street tires + new studded snows on separate rims, Thule roof rack included. A few small dings and dents as expected for the milage, otherwise looks great & detailed twice per year. Interior has one tear in the passenger seat & some stitching coming out in the other seats, otherwise great shape. (typical for the 9000) New water pump, fuel pump, DI cassette, clutch hydraulics, serpentine belt & pulley, CV boots, brakes all around, AC condenser, windshield, no leaks, Mobile 1 every 5000 miles, recent tune, plenty left on clutch. Alpine CD w. equalizer, power amp & subwoofer. Everything works except drivers seat heater. Love this car and would drive forever, except just got a new 9-3 sport combi & now have to sell.

I am offering for sale my 1997 9000 Aero 5-speed. My wife and I purchased the car from the original owner in Colorado earlier this year with the intent on keeping it for the long term as a third "weekend fun" car. Alas, we have now decided to buy a condo in the city and are limited to only two parking spaces, so the Aero must go. The car is both mechanically and cosmetically sound. There are no engine, transmission, electrical or exhaust issues as the car has been running synthetic oil since new and we put a Saab OEM complete exhaust system and battery on right after purchasing the car. I also replaced the upper engine mount and shifter linkage as they had some minor cracks in the rubber as well as fitting the car with a complete set of Michelin Pilot Sport ZR20555R16's along with an allignment. The interior, which is the sand beige color, is in stunning shape with only minor normal leather wear to the drivers and passengers seat bottoms. All interior electrical items work perfectly. I replaced the front drivers and passengers carpets with new Saab OEM carpet as well as new complete set of Saab OEM floor mats. The rear seats and rear carpet are as new. The cargo area is pristine with no stains etc. and is fitted with a dealer installed Clarion cd changer and case. The exterior of the car, while not perfect, is very very nice with only normal stone chips, minor scratches etc. that are to be expected on a ten year old car from a no-salt state (complete professional detail performed in June). I have the original window sticker, complete owners manual booklet with dealer service stamps, all sets of keys/remotes (incl. valet key), dealer brochures from 1997 as well as a fairly complete documented service history receipt set. I am also including a lockable Thule roof/ski rack as well. The price that I have listed is fairly firm and I will be more than happy to help with shipping arrangements if needed. I'm selling my beautiful 9000 Aero black on black leather, the AC blasts cold, everything in the cabin works great, when I bought it at 175k the previous owner had replaced the tranny and turbo and thats about all I know. I recently replaced the front passanger side cv joint, the boost control valve, and have many extra parts for it. I am selling it with or w/out my Alpine/Boston Acoustics sound system, I paid over $500 for it and I would gladly hold on to it if the buyer didn't want it. This car has been babied by me for 25k miles, I use only high grade synthetic oil and replace all fluids every 5k miles. I drove it from Vermont to California twice and it never gave me any problems. All major work has been done only by Saab specific mechanics. It comes with all stock Aero parts, the seats the works. I am in the process of taking detailed pictures of the car and can send them via e-mail on demand. I need to sell my car before I leave for California on Oct. 27th so all offers will be seriously considered.

About 5000 miles on Kumho tires on aero style 16" wheels. Recently done: Headliner, upper motor (the hard one), CV boot passenger side, front and rear brakes were done earlier this year. Pioneer 6 disk changer, cassette head unit. Boston speakers in front, Polk 6x9 in back (not connected -- wired for rear amp). Has a few issues common to 9000's -- oil seap from valve cover, SRS light on, dash is cracked, Missing driver's side C pillar (apparently misplaced when doing headliner). Up for sale is my imola red aero. This car is immaculate inside and out, Im ocd when it comes to maintaining my cars. That being said the clutch and slave cylinder have recently been replaced. Along with brembo rotors at all four corners with pbr metal master pads. New avon tech m550 a/s tires recently as well. The exhaust system was in need of replacement so it got treated to a full jt 3in turbo back exhaust from genuine saab. This car needs nothing! it could easily go another 150k. From what I have seen this car is one of the cleanest examples of a 9000 aero around. The interior carpets have been covered by factory floor mats with all weather mats on top of that. Dirty shoes have never touched these carpets! The exterior is just as great as the interior. The car was washed at least once a week and detailed monthly and the quality of the paint shows it. I am the first and only owner of this classic 9000. It was purchased loaded from Meyer Garage in McIntire Iowa. The transmission was replaced by the dealership in Iowa at around 45,000 miles. The car is mechanically sound but has an intermittent electrical fault with the rear window that is more annoying than anything else. There is also wear on the leather surface of the driver seat that needs attention.

THE 9000 Aero!! The BEST of the 9000's and it has a 5 speed. The bad 1st: Front drivers seat is in rough shape and the passengers side is a little better. The rear seats are in good shape. The aftermarket stereo has a short, keeps blowing the fuse, and the antenna motor does not work. There are a few dings, but never wrecke?d. Had to change ignition, so 1 key for starting and another for doors. The GOOD: Very strong motor (tuned last spring). The trans shifts great. Four, almost new, Michelin XGT V4 M/S tires. ($200 each) Sunroof works fine as does the rear wiper. All lights work. I have spent over $7000 on this car over the last 3 years. If you are SAAB guy/girl, you know what it's worth. Black 1994 Saab Aero, too many cars in the stable now I have vintage cars that keep me busy, I don~Rt really have a use for it now that I have a truck for an everyday vehicle, though not nearly as fun to drive. I bought the car with a bad transaxle and a very good Saab garage installed an Eriksson refurbished transaxle for me in addition to a new clutch, and headgasket and whatever it required. The body is in good shape and it has nice interior and it is a very quick and stylish car. I have receipts that equal more than the asking price, the person before me spent about $3000 just before the transaxle went at 177K. My garage looked it over and reported that it had been well taken care of otherwise, the receipts I have shows replaced parts include: fuel pump, idlers, engine seals, engine mounts, alternator, muffler, water pump. The car now has 188k. I use it on weekends and it is a nice break from the truck. The car has the original CD/ cassette sound system which sounds great for a stock system. I don't need tire kickers, it's a good car and if you like it we can deal.

Black 1994 Saab Aero 5 speed manual transmission turbo hatchback. Great car until September 2006 - used daily and well maintained. In September 2006, head gasket blew, non-SAAB garage replaced engine and several other parts as well. Car has never run quite right since. Replacement engine has 74,000 miles on it. No SAAB dealers close enough to get a full diagnostic test and I have no garage space to work on the car. Car starts and drives around the block, but does not run well. Interior is in good condition, leather has no rips or tears. Body is in good condition, no rust, but a few small scratches on the rear spoiler. The radio was replaced in 2004, but I still have the original. There are also 4 all weather wheels with tires in good condition and the 4 original 16~T 3-spoke wheels as well. Very solid last of the breed 9000 Aero with manual transmission and charcoal interior. Second owner anally maintained with nothing but synthetic oil by Saab nut. Runs great. During last year has had a new fuel pump, blower motor, idler pulleys, serpentine belt, and motor mount. Everything works but the shocks/struts are worn and the original main computer failed. This is a second car which has been used only for 7K miles in the last 3 years, so it's in great shape, and hardly ever used. Kelly Blue book retails it for over $6,000! All it needed recently was a new Bosch battery, which was just installed. 93 Saabs are supposed to have about 96K Miles, so this is way under, and has lots of life left. On the highway, the turbo is VERY responsive, and catapults the car forward. All gauges and sound systems work great. No body damage, CarFax is clean. (VIN # YS3CL48M5PI034953 if you want to check.) Things I have done since taking ownership at 95K miles: cabin air filter, coolant flush, brake fluid flush, serpentine belt, idler and tensioner pulleys, tensioner shock, k & n air filter, cleaned AIC valve, replaced the oxygen sensor, PCV system service, inerior temp sensor, installed new horn buttons. Car is near perfect condition. Dealer maintenance records until 95K mile service and from independent Saab specialist beyond that, until present mileage. Everything works. Heated seats, cruise, A/C, stereo, cd player (6 disc), power seats, sunroof, power windows, headlight wipers, etc... Bosch Icon wiper blades. Dunlop Graspic DS2 tires with less than 5K miles on them. Wheels are perfect. Absolutely no rust to be found anywhere on the car. The only known issues are an SRS light, three small stone chips in the windshield, and a small scuff on the right rear corner of the bumper cover. All of which are very minor things. Saab 9000 1992 5 speed turbo. Great car until 2003 - used daily and maintained religiously. In 2003 lots of things went bad and car has since sat in my driveway. I had a tech look at it in 2003 and here's what he wrote: Car needs full tune-up, oil change, front rotors and front pads, rear rotors & rear brake pads, radiator level sensor, thermostat & winterize, traction control computer, a/c compressor and receiver drier, full a/c service. Car does not currently run but will start and move if the battery is charged. Also, while the leather inside has no rips, it has some torn stitching and is dirty. Finally, there has been some water damage inside the car as the weather seal above the hatch was missing for quite a while. Car has never been in an accident and the body is in excellent shape for it's age. No major dents or dings, just some scratches. No rust. You will need to tow this to your location. You can come and see it most mornings before 9 am.

It also has new clutch,radiator, Zimmerman Drilled rotors with PBR Premium pads. Swedish Auto Specialties performance front and rear sway bars with polyurethane bushings throughout. Performance/calibrated shocks with Koni adjustable in rear. Group 9 rising pressure FPR with matched Red injectors distributor advance modified by Group 9 and Stage 2 APC. New alternator and motor mounts. The result of this is markedly better stopping, acceleration and cornering. This car is outstanding in its reliability and amazing to drive. This is my first Saab, well loved & cared for, for the 4 1/2 years that I owned it, so I hate to see it go, but I must find it a good home because I picked up a newer CSE. The extra insurance and lack of parking prohibits me to keep both. Let's get the bad out of the way, SRS light's on as is the anti-lock light(my SAAB mech. says its probably one of the wheel sensor), sagging headliner, stiching coming apart on the driver seat, a missing headlamp wiper(they never worked since I bought the car) and the cruise control does not work. The good, clutch & master cyl @4500mi ago, new turbo(Eriksson Industrie) @3500 mi ago, new transmission(Eriksson Industrie) @1500mi ago, new DI @1000mi ago, plugs, head gasket, fuel filter @7000mi ago, front struts & springs w/ all relevent bushings, all engine & tranny mounts have been replaced as well as 3 of the 4 calipers & all rotors & pads plus many more. Mobil 1 oil changes w/ filter every 3-4 months(different weight depending on the season). This was one of the quickest 9000 ever made because of its light weight and simplicity(and still pulls VERY strong) no TCS, never moded, other then some minor issues this car has plenty of potential, a great first SAAB for a starter. Selling my '96 9000 Super CS. I bought this car new in '96 and it has always been a desert car. Originally sold as the "Super" CS because it had a limited edition paint color, sand beige leather and underbody trim that came on the CSE. It was an LPT but last year I added a boost control valve for extra umph. The car is fast and solid and has been maintained at Performance Imports in Albuquerque ever since the warranty expired. Dings and scratches typical for a car of this age, but it looks great from across the street. Recently repalced windshield has small star in far right side. Interior in good shape with headliner intact, only one small crack in the dash and torn leather on the driver's seat. Dymomax performance muffler. 4 new Kumho Ecsta ASX tires and recently replaced driver's side headlight assembly. Replaced heater core. Has issues w/electric locks and right rear door doesn't operate automatically but will lock/unlock manually. Recently acquired a '92 900T and am busy playing with that so the 9000 has to go. I am the second owner and have loved this car for the past twelve years; purchased it at three years old with 44,000 miles. Heated power seats. Sunroof. Always garaged and waxed quarterly; no rust. Seats, carpets and dashboard are in excellent condition, headliner sagging in the rear. Serviced by Saab specialists with many parts replaced including: heater-core, blower motor, DI cassette, A/C compressor (and conversion to R-134), hooter valve, clutch slave cylinder. This was my son's baby, now it needs some work and $.It needs a slave cyl for the clutch( which means the clutch does not work),new battery and possibly front brakes.The left rear door latch does not close.Otherwise it ran well and has many extra performance parts- upgraded ECU from Swedish Dynamics making it FULL pressure turbo +,Bilstein HD shocks, Intrax performance springs all around,low restriction cat converter, 225x50x15 tires with good tread plus 4 snows with good tread. The body is in good condition with just a couple minor dings and one small bubble over left rear tire well.The leather is fair but dash,headliner etc are fine.It has rare factory 5 spoke alloy wheels.This car was serviced regularly by a local Saab only garage.

1998 SAAB 9000 CSE, Only 69,400 K Miles, Near Perfect - Runs and Drives Great, Warranty to 100K Miles or April 2007. Everything works as it should on this car. The car looks very good, with only a few rock chips. When I purchased the car I also purchased a warranty for it - so anything that has been needed on the car has been taken care of. The warranty can be transfered to the new owner. The 60K Service was done by International Motors Saab Dealer. In the past 5,000 miles it has had all new brakes (rotors, calipers, pads), and new exhaust. The computer for the central locks was also recently replaced. The car needs nothing at all, and if it did it would probably be covered under the warranty. I have had the car since May of 2002 and have enjoyed it. However, it is time to reduce the number cars I have. It has always been garaged, and has never been smoked it. The car is sold as is.

Sythetic Oil changes every 3000 miles. D.I. (Direct Ignition), Starter replaced at 99,000 miles. I replaced (I do mean I) the clutch and transmission at 116,539 miles with a genuine Saab rebuilt transmission. I also replaced the battery on 29.7.06 and new front pads and rotors on 9.9.06. Tires are quite new. I have replaced every part that gave me the least amount of trouble (long list). I use only Saab parts. No after-market rubbish. My loss is your gain! I am the original owner and have lovingly cared for this car. Oil changed regularly, serviced by the same technician. A hit-and-run driver broadsided me and the rear axle was cracked and the driver's side rear quarter panel pushed in. Cannot be driven, must be picked up. My insurance company totaled the car so it became too expensive for me to repair and then re-inspect. I am selling the whole car - as is (will not part it out). Great engine and tranny. AC, Michelin MXV4 tires, everything works beautifully. The engine alone is worth the price of admission. It has a tan leather interior. Very little rust, lived in southern California its entire life. The last major service was done at 94000 miles and the next major service is due at 124000 miles. The last oil changed at the dealership was right at 10000 miles. The car is gorgeous with the original paint and beautiful black top which is less than a year old including the rear window. New michelin Pilot tires. I love this car, but I don't get to use it much so it needs to go to someone who can. My Saab mechanic just did a thorough inspection of the car and, after a few repairs, gave it a clean bill of health. Repairs included: replacement of the tonneau motor, A/C Dryer (and recharge system), front brake pads, and resurfacing of the front rotors. Everything works well with no known issues. The leather is in exceptional condition with no cracking or significant wear, the top is in great shape, works great, and is leak-free. I'm a second owner of this baby since 200k. All service records since new. The good first-clutch/slave @205k, Saab Roadhandling kit @ 221k following complete rust repair in the wheel wells. Less than 1K on Kumho Ecsta ASX.New fuel pump being installed now. Passed state insp. at the dealer two years in the row with flying colors. The bad- AC works intermitently, ABS light is on, driver's seat cover is worn, hood has stone chips, cracked front spoiler. I've done a lot of tune-up stuff in the last year. Car is in decent shape, was never abused! I truly love it, but decided to move to 9-5 as upkeep cost and time are unaffordable for me. Please, call or email me for additional info. Originally from salt-free Washington state, no accidents, or major damage.
Well maintained since new. 3rd owner has all service records from original
date of dealer purchase. Oil changed every 4k-5k miles; Mobil 1 full synthetic
since 70,000. Many recent repairs including heater core & blower motor, A/C
recharge, clutch hose, new TCS safety valve & check valve, serpentine belt &
pulleys, flex pipe, and a brand new windshield. Tires are ultra-high
performance Bridgestone Potenza S03 Pole Position with less than 7000 miles on
them. Also included are a set of 16" Michelin Arctic Alpin snow tires
(unmounted) with at least 50% treadlife left and Thule roof rack bars. This
Aero is in good overall shape, but has the usual dings and scrapes that you'd
expect to find on a 10 year old car. The only major defects are some stitching
coming out of the driver's seat, a crack in the front air dam, and an
electrical problem with the rear speakers. This car is fast, fun, and has been
extremely reliable over the past 5 years, but I just bought a 9-5 Aero Wagon
and I can't keep both.

This 5-speed 2.3L Turbo "Baby" Aero is truly amazing car! I am posting this car also for sale and whichever sells first will go and I will keep the other one. It has newly rebuilt transmission (156K) which had a crack in it. I fixed it, runs very good (it does feel faster and tighter then my 95 Aero!). I can hear timing chain noise- would be probably good idea to roll a new one in. Everything works on this car, good tires on 16-inch 3-spoke Aero wheels, clean interior with good black leather. Headliner is hanging in the back, but I will include one from my 88 9K with sale. Paint is little faded but cleans with paint cleaner. I will take care of it if time allows me.
