- 1975 Saab 99 EMS (Posted 1/19/2008) SOLD
Color: Black Trans: Manual Mileage: 173,540 Price: $1,500
Black 1975 SAAB 99 EMS. Has been parked in my garage and not driven since May of 1995. When I turned it off for the last time it was running well. Many years ago I drained the oil and the coolant, but left the fuel in the tank. The odometer shows 173,540 miles. I got the car in the summer of 1985 when it had about 88,000 miles. Since purchasing the car, I've kept every repair receipt, and can recount its history in detail, at least while I've owned it. Three unique things about this particular car are the factory sliding sunroof, 120 mph speedometer, and front spoiler. I have the original owners manual, Saab brochures from 1975, spare EMS emblem, car cover, nose bra, and an extra steering wheel. It has been a joy to own, and I would love for this car to be restored and cared for.

Some tears on the driver~Rs seat and rear seat, C pillar covers need recovering (which I will do), engine bay dusty. Repaint looks decent, but there is orange peel and some primer overspray in the engine bay, overall very presentable. Extra 4 speed transmission and a box or two of 99 parts included.
- 1975 Saab 99 (Posted 10/5/2007) SOLD
Color: Blue Trans: Manual Mileage: 97,000 Price: $2000 OBO
What more is there to say? This is a good running 1975 99 in very presentable condition. It has only 97000 miles, and is RUST FREE! Approximately eight years ago the moose-poo brown paint was re-painted into a nice dark blue, the paint will shine well once buffed and waxed. It is very rare to find a 99 in this corner of the universe without rust and rot, as well as ready for the road. Priced low, because it has to sell soon. Best offers accepted.

- 1990 Saab 900 Turbo Hatchback (Posted 11/21/2006) SOLD
Color: Edwardian Grey Trans: Manual Mileage: 139,400 Price: $1,250
I am the original owner. I hate to part, but 4 cars is one too many. In the past 5000 miles I have replaced all rotors and pads, muffler, lower ball joints, radio/CD with a Blaupunkt; all four speakers, some hoses, and the battery. It has good Nokian WR tires. It is fun to drive; engine feels very strong, and never had to add oil between changes; synthetic oil for most of the car~Rs life, approx every 3000 miles. Even though it has valid emissions test there is an intermittent check engine light, and SRS light is on. Interior is in reasonable shape, but has a repairable split seam on the driver~Rs seat; headliner has the usual sag; dash has cracks that are hidden by a dash mat. The exterior clear coat is peeling on the hood and roof but the base coat is fine. No accidents.

1973 99 EMS, 114578 miles. Car has been garaged for the past 2 years, and was stored in a barn previous to that. - 1976 Saab 99 GL (Posted 5/24/2006) SOLD
Color: Topaz Yellow Trans: Automatic Mileage: 111,448 Price: $400 OBO
Excellent rebuild candidate. I have recently graduated from college and the car has to go. No major rust/body issues, just some small surface rust from rock chips and some scratches. Please click the link below for more pictures. The interior is in fair shape, with the exception of the seats. The mechanics of the car will require some attention. The car does drive but has some major issues. There is a fuel problem that causes poor performance (surging during acceleration). One of the fuel lines to the injectors is leaking. There is an exhaust leak somewhere underneath the car. The power steering leaks and is disconnected. The parking brake does not work. The front passenger brake gets hot after 15-20 minutes of highway driving. It doesn~Rt feel like the caliper is sticking, but nonetheless it gets hot. The automatic transmission leaks when the car is parked. Included with the sale of the car is a 16v partially disassembled engine block (non-turbo), including the head. In addition to the motor, a turbo, intercooler, oil pump, clutch master cylinder (new), air mass meter (new), two 900 ECUs, APC box, and 900 air box will be included at no charge.
