East of Sweden is your one stop independent Colorado SAAB shop. We service nothing
but SAAB since 1987 and our dedication to the line shows. We are able to work on
ALL MODELS of SAAB. Our mechanics possess all the special tools, training and software
just like the dealer without the added expense or hassle. Anything from in-house
transmission overhauls to complete restorations of classic models, no job is too big
or too small. If quality service is not enough for you; we are pleased to announce
our recent merger with MaptunUSA. We are now carrying a full line of Maptun performance
products and are capable of any modification you may want to perform on your SAAB
including T-5, T-7 and T-8 staged tuning. Recycling these rust free Colorado cars is
also big part of what we do here at EOS. Our ahop has over a million dollars in quality
new and used OEM SAAB parts, and a number of parts cars on hand. Our parts staff has 20
years with SAAB ensuring the correct parts the first time, every time. Please feel free
to submit a parts or service request 24 hours a day from our website, or check out our
new Maptun products page. We look forward to hearing from you.

The crew at East of Sweden are excellent. We have two Saabs, an '86 9000t and
a '92 900t. We have been delighted with the service and advice that we have
received.

Ken Morrison, owner, is certainly the most knowledgeable
SAAB technician I have ever encountered.
Submitted by Stephen M.

Ken Morrison, the owner and SAAB guru, as well as his right hand man Ryan,
are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to SAABs. I found them right here
on this site, and it sure was nice to talk with someone who knew their way
around the cars. Prices are reasonable, service is prompt, and I challenge
anyone to find a problem they can't correctly diagnose on the spot. I talked
to a few customers, and apparently there are customers who come from as far
as Colorado Springs just to have Ken and Ryan work on their car. That's quite
a testimony, considering the fact that Denver is between the Springs and Fort
Collins and about an hour closer. I highly recommend Old Town Import.

Ryan, a tech at Old Town, is my personal hero at the moment. After a
cross-country road trip in my 900T (213k miles) was sidelined by technical
difficulties in western Nebraska, Ryan offered to come into the shop after
hours to check my car out. After I finagled a 150 mile tow to Ft. Collins
(thank you, AAA), Ryan interrupted his own vacation to come into the shop and
help me out. After about 45 minutes, I was back on the road. Thank you, Ryan!
This is a great shop that employs great people.

I would highly recommend this shop. They have solved all my Saab stories.
Both Ken and Ryan usually help me out when I show up (I drive from
Cheyenne, Wy 50mi). They have helped diagnose things over the phone when they
don't have to and it time and time again. Thumps up guys.

Ken is honest and forthright, admirable and often missing
traits in auto mechanics shops. He is upfront with costs/ repairs/ time
and does an outstanding job. We definitely recommend him for Saabs!

We had a very good experience with Old Town Import and Ken is a very honest
mechanic to work with. I highly recommend this shop.   I found a used 2004 9-5
Linear from Ken and after a phone conversation we drove all the way from MN with
our 900 to trade it with this 9-5. All he said on the phone was true and we
bought the car and drove back to MN. It's been more than 20000 miles and the
car still runs great. Thank you Ken and Old Town Import. Hope to work with you
again.
