I drove all the way from Madison to Appleton (2 1/2 hour drive) instead of

going locally because I could tell from just speaking with them on the phone

that they had a lot of pride in their work and generally love what they do. I

had to have my transmission rebuilt, along with some other work and they

really took the time to explain everything to me and did an excellent job.

They go above and beyond for their customers. They have been in business for

20 years, and because of their genuine love of SAABS and their pride in their

work, I'm sure they will go on for another 20 years. Thanks Auto Shop!

My wife and I both drive Saabs and Dan and Tony know what there 

doing. We travel 40 minutes to have service from the Auto Shop. We trust 

them and have told several friends and other auto stores about them ,if 

you have a Saab with a problem or just a question ,or are looking for a 

great Saab go or call the Auto Shop.

Excellent shop.  I drive 165 miles from northern Illinois to have them do 

the major services on my 15 year old classic 900.  The depth of knowledge 

and the expertise are impressive especially when most dealers are simply 

swapping out parts till the car runs. Technical expertise generously shared 

over the phone with this amateur mechanic when it was not possible to bring 

the car in.  I have confidence they can find the parts and keep my beloved 

900 going for many years to come.  They also deal in used SAABs and have a 

remarkable collection of used parts when I needed something inexpensive.

Far and away the best SAAB (C900) service I've received to date. Have always

been forthright and reasonable in all business matters, genuinely helpful.

Tom is their dedicated SAAB tech (shop also does BMW, Porsche, others).

Except for spending the $ (the rates are reasonable by the way), I actually

enjoy having the car fixed here.
