My Saabs: | 1990 900S - Deceased from a hole in the tranny case...
1995 9000 Super CS - Best Saab ever made. Period. FPT conversion, Remus Sport Exhaust, SAS Front and Rear Sway bars, poly bushings all around, Bilstein HD struts and shocks, B&G lowering springs, sweet audio system...more to come soon, ECU upgrade forthcoming. And I can still fit a fridge in the back and close the hatch.
2001 9-3 SE HOT Convertible - Steel gray, 5 speed, GS 6 point subframe brace, GS rear sway bar. Gave me lots of fun for 2 summers until the clutch went out. Sold to a family member, so I still get to play with it.
2004 9-3 Aero Convertible - Also steel gray, 6 speed. Maptun Stage 1, BSR OptiFlow intake and BSR sport exhaust will go on in the spring...a beast!
1996 900 SE - Mom's. It's not the 9000, but it's still damn quick and fun to bomb around in...the most reliable Saab in the fleet.
2004 9-5 Arc - Dad's. Premium and Touring packages, nice car. Not the 9000, though. |
About Me: | I'm having a blast zooming around the spacious Boston streets in my Saabs (not). I'm a former commercial auditor for a major international public accounting firm, now happily working in industry...no I won't do your taxes and yes I use my cell phone to figure out tips in restaurants.
My AIM screename is merzie250 (don't ask)...anyone want to chat, send me an IM anytime! And of course, anyone in the Boston/Chestnut Hill/Somerville area that's up for a Saab gathering is always welcome.
