Can you spot the, "My Other Saab is a Car" bumper sticker on the wing?"
When I am not driving my 9000 Turbo, I am flying my other SAAB. This is a
SAAB 340 B. Maximum takeoff weight of 28,500 lbs. Cruise speed of 280 knots
(~328 mph). It doesn't leave the ground until reaching a speed of about 120
knots (~137 mph at an average weight). The engines are built by General
Electric. The CT7-9B produces 1,870 hp. Compare that to a 9000 Turbo or
even the new 2000 Viggen.
