What's up with this? > Thanks > Evan Sorry my bad english I had same kind of a problem with my old Saab 99. In my case the reason was faulty cylinder head gasket. Because of that, air bubbles formed into the water and prevented circulation. I think that when the engine runs with a higher speed, air flow and waterpump are able to keep it cool. But when car stands still and engine run idle, waterpump alone can't overcome the air bubbles into the cooling water. Reparation to my car cost about $ 550. And hey! It's can be damn cold in here Finland too. Jari
