Hi there, I bought a second hand '94 SAAB 9000 CSE with about 48,000 miles on the clock in August. It's now done 59,600 and lacks the power it had a few short miles ago. It also tends to feel lumpy when the throttle is opened at low revs, it doesn't Kangaroo or anything, but it just isn't smooth. Also it sometimes surges or drops off power at about 3300 revs (is this the light pressure turbo?) When I asked them to change the oil recently, should I have asked them to swap the plugs too? (Manchester SAAB gave it a premature 54,000 mile service when I bought it at 48,000 so I asked them to do an intermediate service at 56,000) I'm about to test-drive a 9-5 and I'd like to clear my niggling doubts about the light pressure turbo.
