You could have some debris catching on a seal in one of the cylinders, preventing it from returning normally. Try purging the system again (pressure from the reservoir, not vacuum from the slave cylinder). If that doesn't work, you might have to rebuild the cylinders again, one at a time -- one of the seals might have torn, causing an internal leak. --------------------- John R.
