Its almost impossible to fight a claim on a clutch. If you were driving he Saab, chances are that the clutch will be just fine right now. Cluch wear can vary DRAMATICALLY, it all depends on the how the car is used, and if teh drivers does a good job. $800 is not bad for a clutch job.
