Well Michael, I'm afraid to say it's not your clutch. Your transmission is dying. A rebuild is your best option at this point. I have an 89 and a 91 that both pop out of one gear or other. So far, by changing the gearbox oil every 3K, the problems have not gotten any worse, but they probably will. Make sure you change the clutch when you have the box out, and then change the oil in there with good synthetic every 10K to prevent tears in the future. It's about a $1200-$3500 job depending on where you go. Do shop around and make sure they have worked on Saabs before. Big Eddy's tranny and bait wouldn't be my first choice.
