I have a 91 that drove the dealer batty. They could not find the problem. Tony's Foreign in Manchester, CT found the problem. Tony took a heat gun (since the car starts fine above 28'F) and heated components until it started. The demon: Crank shaft (timing) sensor. Makes sense when you think about the sputtering and that little extra turn after you let go of the key. Good Luck
