You need Torx screwdrivers to open window handle and other screws. After that you need to remove plastic protector carefully. The lock cylinder has a small plastic lever connected thru a rod to the locking mechanism. I quess that the rod is disconnected from either end. The lock cylinder can be removed by removing spring plate. Good luck Seppo
