Easy as falling off a log.. When facing the car from the front, the cabin filter is at the extreme left-hand side of the bulkhead. There is a ventilation grill in the bonnet (hood) above it! Just reach into the aperture and unclip the filter. It's a little bit of a fiddle but it will come out. Your dealer must be a very slow worker as the job usually takes me about five minutes!
