The rears are 6x9s, but most will have to be bottom mounted (like my JVCs and my dad's Kenwoods); the bolt pattern is fine, but the cut out is just a bit off... Tweeters in the dash are fine. There's lots of room for anything - the space is designed for a 3.5" two-way, so you'll have to make an adapter. Easily done with some metal strapping - tweeters aren't very heavy... The doors are tricky; I never bothered measuring the bolt diameter, so it might be worth pulling off the door panel to check. See my other reply for more on door speakers. Maybe stop at a dealer and see if they have the SE upgrade kit available - you could measure one of the door speakers there.
