Understood, but I'm not suggesting I drive like this regularly am I? On the plus side, there's improved fuel consumption (some 8 or 9 more mpg which counts here in the UK where fuel is VERY expensive). And anyways, don't you think a Saab Turbo is a car to enjoy? I would expect the transmission to be put under more strain by an increase in power delivery. What do others think about the effect on life expectancy? Keep smiling...
