I don't think you want to do that. You could very easily start a fire in your seat by disabling the temperature control. The seat is supposed to work like a thermostat, and go on and off as needed. It should maintain a temperature, not heat up and shut down. If it isn't, talk to your dealer, but I don't recommend changing the settings.
