We had the same problem, and found it to be with the fuel pump. There was a piece that had fallen off and was laying in the bottoom of the fuel tank. I'm not sure what it did, but this also caused the car to stall when exitting turns. I'm not very familiar with the unit though. Pull up the bottom of your trunk, and you'll see a big round galvanized (I think) plate. It's under there. I can't help you more than that.
