Josh, Where do *you* live? Here in Massachusetts, safety would be improved by watching *anything*, rather than sitting by the side of the road muching on a donut until the beeper goes off on the radar gun. Failure to stop, failure to yield, running red lights, passing on the right (and in the breakdown lane), driving 50 in the left lane, driving 85 in the right lane, etc. etc. I see almost daily on my 10-mile suburban drive to work.
