Daniel... The Laser Lens probably need to be cleaned, I would try that first by using a cleaning CD. The Lens can also be manually cleaned but you have to be carefull and have a very light touch. If all that does not fix it, then I would replace it, the price to pay a shop to perform the alignments will pay for a new unit (?). Good Luck...
