Brad, Have you tried removing one of the connectors from the Radiator fan Thermostat. It should be mounted near the top of the rad and has two connectors. If removing one of the connectors stops the fan then its gone short cct and needs replacing. The blower fan fault is probably to do with the rotary controller switch . -- Regards, Graham, Location: UK ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The message <8ej3b7$400$1nopsam1.deja.com> from bradford <schroebrnopsamedu> contains these words: > I have noticed latley that my radiator fan is always blowing on my 88 > 9k turbo..i ocassionaly have noticed when it wasnt blowing but thats a > very rare occasion..i thought it was supposed to cycle...like blow in > intervels...but instead it is blowing all the time...it may have > possiably started when my blower fan (the one that blows inside the > car) would constanlty blow on high all the time...i pull the blower > fuse when i dont want it on...but the radiator fan is always going..is > the blower and the radiator fan connected some how?..could there be be > a short somewhere or something? i know the fan can go for a while but i > think its time to stop it...any suggestions would be wonderful...thanx > in advanced.. > brad > Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ > Before you buy.
