Rob, I put a set on my wife's 94 Jetta GLX. This is a light car, so please interpret with caution. Traction is excellent in wet and dry. They are quieter than my Yoko's and the previous Eagle GA's on the Jetta. I have since sold the Jetta. I really like the tire, and would get another set if I needed them. Currently, the tires on the 96 Saab are fine. I do not know what the pricing is on a 16" tire, though. I bought 205-15's and got them for 68.00 ea. from the tire rack. I mount and balance myself.
